Working together

Your experience. Your rhythm.

There is no fixed formula for our work together. You might come feeling anxious, stressed, disconnected or overwhelmed. You might be moving through grief, heartbreak or a big life change. Maybe you're struggling with self-doubt, the feeling of never being good enough, or patterns you keep finding yourself in. Or maybe you're simply curious to explore yourself in a different way.

Through breath, we'll work with whatever is present, following your body's responses and respecting your own pace. Some sessions may feel quiet and grounding. Others may bring unexpected emotions or discoveries.

The practice

One session. Or a journey together.

A single session can offer space for exploration. Working together over time allows us to become more familiar with your patterns, your breath and your body's responses.

For those seeking deeper exploration and lasting transformation, I generally recommend a series of 6–8 sessions. This allows time for awareness to deepen, patterns to unfold and meaningful change to be integrated.

There's no predefined journey or commitment to a particular number of sessions.

We decide together, as we go.

FAQ

Before we breathe

01 Could breathwork be for me?

This practice may resonate if you often find yourself caught in your thoughts, struggling with anxiety or emotional overwhelm, or finding it difficult to feel at ease within yourself.

Perhaps you’re navigating a life transition, grief, heartbreak, or a period of uncertainty. Or maybe you’re beginning to recognise patterns and responses that have been with you since childhood, and you’re curious about exploring them beyond simply understanding where they come from.

You might be looking for:

  • A way to navigate anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm without feeling consumed by them.
  • More ease and a greater sense of safety and connection within your own body.
  • Space to process grief, heartbreak, change, or emotions that have been difficult to express.
  • A deeper understanding of patterns, protective responses, and ways of relating that no longer serve you.
  • More capacity to feel your emotions without needing to suppress, avoid, or immediately change them.
  • More freedom to respond to life with awareness and choice, rather than from familiar automatic reactions.
02 Do I need any experience?

No. You don’t need to be good at breathing, meditation, or switching off your mind. You don’t even need to know what you’re looking for. A little curiosity is enough.

03 How should I prepare for a session?

Come in comfortable clothes that allow you to move and breathe freely. If possible, avoid a heavymeal beforehand — an empty or lightly filled stomach tends to be more comfortable for the practice. Make sure you’re well hydrated and bring a water bottle.

  • For in-person sessions, a mattress, cushion and blanket will be provided.
  • For online sessions, have a comfortable place to lie down, a blanket, some water, and somewhere you won’t be disturbed.

There’s nothing else you need to prepare.

04 Are there any contraindications?

Yes. Conscious Connected Breathwork can be physically and emotionally intense and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please do not participate if you are currently under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
