Cancellation & Refund Policy

Live Breathwork Sessions

I keep Live Breathwork sessions intentionally small, so each registration matters. Please make sure you can attend before booking, as contributions are non-refundable if you cancel or miss a session, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you cancel

If you can no longer attend, please let me know as soon as possible.

All contributions are non-refundable for participant cancellations, regardless of how far in advance you cancel.

If you contact me before the session begins, I may be able to transfer your place to another upcoming Live Breathwork session, subject to availability. Transfers are offered at my discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

If you don’t attend

If you miss a session without notifying me beforehand, your contribution will not be refunded or transferred.

If I cancel or reschedule

If I need to cancel a session, you’ll receive a full refund, or you can choose to transfer your contribution to another upcoming Live Breathwork session.

If I reschedule a session and the new date doesn’t work for you, you can request a full refund.

Technical difficulties

As sessions take place online, you’re responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device to join.

If you’re unable to attend or complete the session because of an issue with your own connection, device or environment, this does not normally qualify for a refund.

If a significant technical problem on my side prevents the session from taking place, I’ll offer a full refund or the option to transfer your contribution to another session.

How refunds work

Where a refund is due, it will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several working days to appear.
