My background is in Pharmacy, business and consulting — worlds built around thinking, analysing and finding answers. And thinking came naturally to me. It was also, although I didn’t know it then, a very good way of not feeling too much.
Breathwork didn’t give me another answer or fix me. It taught me how to feel.
It brought me back to something incredibly simple: my breath, my body, and what was already there when I stopped trying to understand everything first.
That wasn’t always comfortable.
Becoming more available to joy also meant becoming more available to everything else. But little by little, I began to experience life differently — not because my life had changed completely, but because I was more present for it.
