You lie down, and we breathe in a connected rhythm — without pauses between the inhale and the exhale. From there, we listen. Sensations may shift. Emotions may surface. The body may want to move, make sound, or become very still.
You might notice tingling, warmth, tension, emotion, movement, stillness, resistance, energy or deep quiet. You might have a strong experience, or a very subtle one. Nothing particular needs to happen for the practice to be worthwhile. There is nothing you need to make happen. My work is to guide the breath, stay with you, and make room for whatever is there.
