Cancellation & Refund Policy

Live Breathwork Sessions

I keep Live Breathwork sessions intentionally small, so each registration matters. I understand that plans change, and I’ll always try to keep the process as simple and fair as possible.

If you cancel

If you can no longer attend, please let me know as soon as you can.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund of your contribution.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, contributions are non-refundable. If you let me know before the session begins, I may be able to transfer your place to another upcoming Live Breathwork session, subject to availability.

If you don’t attend

If you miss the session without letting me know beforehand, your contribution cannot be refunded or transferred.

If I cancel or reschedule

If I need to cancel a session, you’ll receive a full refund, or you can choose to transfer your contribution to another Live Breathwork session.

If a session is rescheduled and the new date doesn’t work for you, you can request a full refund.

Technical difficulties

As the sessions take place online, you’re responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device to join.

If you’re unable to attend or complete the session because of an issue with your own connection, device or environment, this does not normally qualify for a refund.

If a significant technical problem on my side prevents the session from taking place, I’ll offer either a full refund or the option to transfer your contribution to another session.

How refunds work

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several working days for the refund to appear.
